Return Policy

How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased with your order, you may return NEW items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that all items undergo a thorough inspection before the return is processed. Your returned product must be sellable as a brand new item.

Requirements for Returns

For your safety, Destination PSP complies with all Health Code Regulations. Certain items, once worn, are non-returnable by law. We recommend trying on ALL items over your underwear. Items that are tried on can still be returned, provided all tags remain intact and show no signs of wear.

Ensure the item and its packaging remain in the condition you received them in (with tags attached, neatly folded, clean, unworn, undamaged). Items with manufacturer's packaging should be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Avoid exposing items to strong odors such as perfumes, smoke, or pets.

Each return is diligently inspected. If we detect any signs of use or wear, we regretfully cannot accept the return.

Returns Processing

We aim to process your return/exchange within 3 to 5 business days (around two weeks) from the day the item is received at our warehouse. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

On occasion, we offer final sales on items. These items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or the wrong item is sent to you. Rest assured, final sale status will be communicated before you make a purchase.

Restocking and Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There are no restocking fees for returns. However, if you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual postage cost from your refund. For defective items or items shipped in error, we will cover both the return and the exchange shipping costs.
