How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisified with your purchase. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your order you may return NEW items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected before the return is processed. We must be able to sell your return as a brand new item.

Requirements for Returns

For your safety, Destination PSP adheres to all Health Code Regulations. By law, certain items cannot be returned once they have been worn. We suggest you try on ALL items over your own underwear. Items that tried on can be returned as long as all tags are kept intact and they are free of any signs of wear.

Please make sure the item and its packaging is in the same condition as received (tags attached , folded neatly, clean, unworn, undamaged) Items that have manufacturer’s packaging need to be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Item(s) must not be exposed to excessive odors; i.e. perfumes, smoke, pets, etc.

We will inspect each return item carefully and if there is any sign of use or wear, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.

Returns Processing

We will process your return/exchange within 3 to 5 business days (approx. two weeks) from the day the item is received at our warehouse. Your payment will be refunded via your original payment method.

 Occasionally we will have final sales and these items cannot be returned (unless defective or the wrong item is shipped). But don't worry, we'll let you know if an item is Final Sale before you purchase it.

Restocking and Shipping Fees

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for returns. BUT, if your item was shipped with free shipping we will deduct the actual postage from the refund. If you are exchanging an item because it is defective or the wrong item is shipped, will will cover the cost to return the item and send out the correct item.
